I loved the Chelsea area with its close proximity to Madison Square Park, just a short walk away, and the vibrant offerings of EATALY nearby, making each city stroll a delightful experience. plus, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, really making my stay special especially when one team member tried to help fix my glasses after I broke them.

Great place for business travelers
The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even provided a complimentary breakfast to make up for my earlier check-in troubles. Also, the room was really cozy and had good free WiFi, which helped me stay on top of work.
It felt a bit pricey but not prohibitively so.

We had such a fun family time at the hotel! The kids loved the complimentary dance lessons starting at 6 pm, and the live music at 7 pm was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The staff was friendly and attentive.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for them to enjoy, as it would have made our stay even better.

It was a great fit for a flying visit in New York with good value. The staff was really accommodating, especially when I had to unscrew light bulbs because I couldn’t find the switches. Try to ask for a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise.
